Bespoke order turnarounds are structured across three production tiers:
- Short-run digital print: From 3 working days following digital artwork sign-off.
- UK custom manufacturing & extrusion: Typically 2 to 3 weeks for bespoke film blends, custom bag dimensions, and dedicated flexographic print runs.
- Global container sourcing: Up to 3 months for scheduled enterprise-scale overseas import contracts.
To receive an accurate quotation within 4 business hours, please provide:
- Product format: (e.g., mailing bag, layflat tubing, paper carrier, corrugated box, clinical sack).
- Dimensions: Width × Length × Depth/Gusset (in mm or inches).
- Material specification: Substrate (LDPE, HDPE, Kraft paper), film micron/gauge thickness, or recycled content requirements (30% to 100% PCR).
- Print requirements: Number of colours, single or double-sided, or plain unprinted.
- Order volume: Initial order quantity and estimated annual run rate.
